My Thoughts on the Live Love Polish Dragon's Lair Collection

Hello friends! Today I have a sultry fall collection from Live Love Polish! The Dragon's Lair Collection is inspired by dragon’s treasures untold, and includes six new colors majestic and bold! They are all packed with phenomenal iridescent flakes in a crystalline jelly base.

I have been so in to flakies in jelly bases this year, and this collection really knocks that concept out of the park! I hope you all are as obsessed with this collection as I am, because this has to be one of my favorite fall collections this year, or ever! 

Now, on to the swatches... 

Swatches of the Live Love Polish Dragon's Lair Collection

ENCHANTED MIST | Enchanted Mist is a medium gray jelly polish with⁠ iridescent flakies. Omg can we just....how beautiful is this polish?! All  of the polishes in this collection have a jelly base, and all their formulas will be similar. For the best effect and layering of the flakies, I used 3 thin coats for full opacity, and a jam-packed flakie look!

FIERY BLAZE | Fiery Blaze is a red jelly polish with iridescent flakies. This is another stunning polish! I love the way this red jelly shifts the color of some of the flakies. Again since these all have a jelly base, all their formulas will be similar. For the best effect and layering of the flakies, I used 3 thin coats for full opacity, and a jam-packed flakie look!

SUPERNATURAL | Supernatural is a deep magenta jelly polish with⁠ iridescent flakies. Okay are you kidding me? Do you SEE those flakies! This polish is so packed, and they come out in a beautiful rainbow of flakie goodness! I think this one might just be my favorite.⁠ Again, I used 3 thin coats for full opacity, and a jam-packed flakie look!

FORBIDDEN COVE | Forbidden Cove is a black jelly polish with iridescent⁠ flakies. The boyfriend says this is his fav from this collection! This black and red fiery polish has been on my nails for days, and I am obsessed! It's like lava peeking out below the cooled off black ash - I love it!⁠ I used 3 thin coats for full opacity, and a jam-packed flakie look!

HIDDEN FORTUNE | Hidden Fortune is a deep indigo-purple jelly polish with⁠ iridescent flakies. Knock knock - Halloween has arrived! This polish reminds me of witchy Halloween weather and I am alll about these cool-weather and spoopy vibes! What does this polish remind you of?⁠ I used 3 thin coats for full opacity, and a jam-packed flakie look!

HAUNTED FOREST | Haunted Forest⁠ is a deep green jelly polish with⁠ iridescent flakies. This deep emerald jelly is gorgina and it really glistens in the sunlight!! I love greens that feel rich in character, and this one really does!⁠ I used 3 thin coats for full opacity, and a jam-packed flakie look!

Final Thoughts on the Live Love Polish Dragon's Lair Collection

And that is a wrap on this vampy flakie collection! What do you think? I love the look of polishes like this, so it's a win for me! 

All the polishes have that thinner jelly base, so each really is best work in 3 thin coats for full coverage and to build up the flakies and make them look layered and floating on the nail.
