My Thoughts on the Morgan Taylor Champagne & Moonbeams Collection 

Hello hello! Can you believe how fast this year has gone by? Today I have another holiday collection for you, this time from Morgan Taylor! The Morgan Taylor Champagne & Moonbeams collection came out this November and is made up of 12 all-new shades and they are gorgeous!

Morgan Taylor was kind enough to send me these polishes in PR, but you can pick them up from any place that Morgan Taylor is sold for $9.50 each.

TELL HER SHE’S STELLAR | Tell Her She’s Stellar is a nude polish with a hint of a shimmer. In some lights the shimmer leans orangey copper, in other lights it looks silver — or maybe it’s both. I don’t particularly like this color on me, but the formula was nice, and I got it opaque in 2 coats.

LET THERE BE MOONLIGHT | Let There Be Moonlight is an absolutely gorgeous cool-toned grey cream polish. I have been wearing this polish so much since I got it, and I love how clean and crisp it looks on the nails. I got this fully opaque in 2 coats.

SPRINKLE OF TWINKLE | Up next I have Sprinkle Of Twinkle, a silver glitter polish that is packed with little silver glitters and mix of holographic glitters and flakies. For this photo, I built it up in 2 coats on its own.

A STARRY SIGHT | A Starry Sight reminds me of, well, a starry night! This cobalt blue, indigo pearl polish is just stunning on the nails, and my perfect shade for the cold winter nights that are approaching. Unsurprisingly, I got this fully opaque in 2 coats.

WALKING ON STARDUST | Walking On Stardust is a red tinted jelly polish filled with red glitters, and big red flakies. I was sure with how sheer the base of this polish is, I’d need 3 coats, but the glitters cover super well and I got it fully opaque in 2 coats.

SEE YOU IN MY DREAMS | See You In My Dreams is another red jelly polish with little red micro glitters scattered throughout. This was another that I got fully opaque in 2 coats.

FROM DUSK TIL DAWN | From Dusk Til Dawn is a super buttery rosey mauve that has a perfect formula in 2 coats.

DANCING & ROMANCING | Dancing & Romancing is a gorgeous dusty pink cream shade and another one that I got it to full opacity in 2 coats. The formula on this was incredible!

COPPER DREAM | Copper Dream is, as I’m sure you could guess, suchhhhh a pretty coppery bronze shade that built up in 2 easy coats. I love colors like this for winter, and will probably wear this for NYE!

GILDED IN GOLD | Gilded in Gold is a neutral gold metallic polish. This one had a similar formula to Copper Dream, and was beautiful in 2 coats.

SHOOTING STAR | Shooting Star is a stunning caramel to brown shifting metallic. I also personally see a hint of green on there, this color is just to multi-dimensional and I love it! Again, Morgan Taylor has such a great formula, and I got this opaque in 2 coats.

A KISS IN THE DARK | A Kiss In The Dark is a super deep, almost-black purple cream shade. In the bottle, there is a hint of shimmer, but they does not translate to the nail. I got this fully opaque and leveled in 2 coats.

Final Thoughts on the Morgan Taylor Forever Marilyn Collection

Overall, I loved so many polishes in this collection, but my favorites have to be Let There Be Moonlight and A Starry Sight! I have really been loving the Morgan Taylor formula, and I highly recommend them if you're considering any of these colors.
